Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out by 12:00 PM
  • Late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

Noise & Conduct

  • No loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM
  • Respect other residents and neighbours
  • No parties or events without prior approval

Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments
  • Designated smoking areas available in compound

Visitors

  • All visitors must be registered at reception
  • No unregistered overnight guests
  • Maximum occupancy as stated in booking

Property Care

  • Report any damages immediately
  • No alterations to furniture or fixtures
  • Keep the apartment clean and tidy

Security

  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving
  • Do not share access codes
  • Report suspicious activity to management
