We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All payments are processed securely in Nigerian Naira.
Yes, a caution deposit of ₦50,000 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refunded after checkout, provided the apartment is in good condition with no damages.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
We offer self check-in with a digital access code. After your booking is confirmed and payment received, you will receive your unique access code via email before your arrival. Simply use the code to enter the property at your convenience from 3:00 PM onwards.
Our apartments are fully furnished with bedding, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Just bring your personal belongings and a valid government-issued ID for verification during check-in.
Complimentary cleaning is provided every 3 nights during your stay plus on checkout day. If you need additional cleaning, you can request it through our support channel.
Yes, all our apartments have 24/7 electricity with inverter backup systems. You will not experience power interruptions during your stay.
Yes, fast WiFi is included in all apartments at no extra charge. Connection details are provided in your welcome information after check-in.
Our team is available via WhatsApp for any questions or assistance you need during your stay. You can also use the in-app chat feature from your booking portal. We aim to respond within minutes.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before check-in, you receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, you can choose between a booking credit for future use or a cash refund minus a ₦2,025 processing fee. Event bookings (more than 4 adults) are non-refundable but can be converted to a booking credit.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
Yes, you can request a date change subject to availability. Contact our support team as early as possible. Date changes within 48 hours of the original check-in may be subject to the cancellation policy terms.
